PRE-REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN UNTIL 11 PM MST ON THE TUESDAY BEFORE RACE WEEKEND. Save yourself some money and time in line at the race site, by preregistering. $10 extra to sign up on site. Online Pre-Registration will open approximately 30 days prior to race weekend and remains open until the Tuesday of race week. After that point, you can still sign up on site, but it will be $10 more.
Check in for pre-registration and on-site registration will be available at each event on Fri 6-8PM, Sat 7AM-6PM & Sun 7AM-10:30AM

Race Results for all races, will be posted approximately 1 hour after THE LAST RIDER FINISHES. Trophies will be handed out 30 minutes after results are posted if no protests.

ABSOLUTLEY NO PIT BIKE RIDING...IF YOU DO, IT WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC DISCUALIFICATION...NO EXCEPTIONS.
You MUST adhere to these Rules. Not Following these rules MAY IMPACT our future ability to secure a permit in this area. Please help us keep WeBe Racing in good standing with the landowners and agencies that we coordinate with.

1. Bikes must be in FIRST GEAR IDLE while not on racecourse. NO PLAY/PIT RIDING.

3. NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED.
4. DOGS MUST BE ON LEASHES AT ALL TIMES, and please clean up after your pet.
5. Absolutely NO GREY WATER DUMPING AT ANY TIME. No draining tanks while parked or leaving.
6. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED for anyone under 18 on all OHVs. NO RIDING WITH PASSENGERS.
7. All Riders UNDER 18 MUST BE SUPERVISED by an ADULT when riding or practicing and may NOT transport any passengers in any type of OHV.
8. In the ACTIVE PIT STOP AREA, no pets, young children or alcohol allowed.
9. PACK OUT ALL YOUR TRASH. Do NOT leave trash for us to pick up. IF YOU PACK IT IN, YOU PACK IT OUT.

Gate fee is $15/person (kids under 10 free). Parents will need to complete a quick waiver for each child under 18 at the gate. No camping Fees.
RACE SITE DETAILS
The race site is at approximatley 6000' elevation. The start is in a large arroyo and winds up to a sandy flat area with brush. Some small rocky climbs and rock covered ridge tops are part of the racecourse. Course length will be 8-10 miles.
Access is a well travled county road. Race parking will be tight with some options for overflow and 4x4 camping.
The town of Aztec, NM is within 20 minutes.
Dumpster will be on site.
Portable toilets will be on site.
A food truck will be on site.
