PRE-REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN UNTIL 11 PM MST ON THE TUESDAY BEFORE RACE WEEKEND. Save money and time at the race site by pre-registering. $10 extra to sign up on site. Online pre-registration will open approximately 30 days prior to race weekend and remains open until the Tuesday of race week. After that point, you can still sign up on site, but it will be $10 more.
Check in for pre-registration and on-site registration will be available at each event on Fri 6-8PM, Sat 7AM-6PM & Sun 6:30AM-7:30AM
Onsite sign-up CLOSES 30 MINUTES before your race.

MINI TEAM RACE - We will be running a Mini Course Team Race for all the kiddos after big course practice sight lap and before normal team race. Mini Teams may consist of 2-3 riders. We will have 50cc, 65cc, 85cc, Women Beg (Mini), and Women Beg (Big)

-Grand Valley OHV in Grand Junction, CO. Father's Day weekend 6/21
-The weekend will have many exciting racing opportunities! You won't want to miss out on any of it!
-PLEASE READ THE DETAILS BELOW:
The 6-hour FUNdurance race is separate from the WeBe Hare Scramble and is an additional entry fee. Both races will run concurrent for the first 1 hr. 40 min., and the 6-hour will continue on for the rest of the time. If you want to participate in both races, you will need to enter for the Hare Scramble AND the FUNdurance races.

IRONMAN ENTRIES:
• For pre-registration: Rider should register as normal. Practice Sight Lap for SATURDAY will need to be added and paid for onsite when finalizing entry (if needed).
• For on-site registration: Riders should fill out paper registration form as normal and allow time for processing. A $10 onsite registration fee will apply.
• Rider must race full 6 hours on the same bike and may not switch out with other riders.
TEAM ENTRIES:
• For pre-registration: Team Captain will need to register as himself/herself for the full team. ONLY THE TEAM CAPTAIN SHOULD REGISTER. PRICE IS FOR FULL TEAM. Please put teammates names in comment section of pre-registration. Teammates will be added to registration manually either from registration comments or at onsite check-in. Practice Sight Lap per rider for SATURDAY will need to be added and paid for onsite when finalizing team entries (if needed).
• For on-site registration: Riders should fill out paper registration form as normal and allow time for processing. A $10 onsite registration fee will apply.
• Teams can consist of 2 or 3 riders. All riders on team MUST BE THE SAME SKILL LEVEL (Pro, A, B, C, Iron Mini, Women).
• For Age Class Teams, all riders must be the same age class. If riders are different age classes, team must be in Open Class.
• Team Captain MUST race the first 1 hr. 40 min WeBe race for team. Riders can alternate as preferred after WeBe race checkered flag. Each rider must complete at least 1 lap for the team. Riders will safely switch off armband in the pits.
• Please come early to registration on-site and allow enough time to finalize your team and riders.

Race Results for all races, will be posted approximately 1 hour after THE LAST RIDER FINISHES. Trophies will be handed out 30 minutes after results are posted if no protests.

RACE SITE RULES and INFORMATION
ABSOLUTLEY NO PIT BIKE RIDING...IF YOU DO, IT WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC DISCUALIFICATION...NO EXCEPTIONS.
You MUST adhere to these Rules. Not Following these rules MAY IMPACT our future ability to secure a permit in this area. Please help us keep WeBe Racing in good standing with the landowners and agencies that we coordinate with.
The BLM WILL be ticketing participants and individuals for not following the rules below:

1. Bikes must be in FIRST GEAR IDLE while not on racecourse. NO PLAY/PIT RIDING.
2. NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED. Check back closer to race date for updated information.
3. DOGS MUST BE ON LEASHES AT ALL TIMES, and please clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in the pit area.
4. Absolutely NO GREY WATER DUMPING AT ANY TIME. No draining tanks while parked or leaving.
5. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED for anyone under 18 on all OHVs. NO RIDING WITH PASSENGERS.
6. All Riders UNDER 18 MUST BE SUPERVISED by an ADULT when riding or practicing and may NOT transport any passengers in any type of OHV.
7. In the ACTIVE PIT STOP AREA, no PETS, young children or ALCOHOL allowed.
8. PACK OUT ALL YOUR TRASH. Do NOT leave your trash for us to pick up and do NOT drop your full bags off at Sign Up. We do not have the space or time to gather and remove your personal trash. IF YOU PACK IT IN, YOU PACK IT OUT.

Wrist bands MUST be worn by everyone at all times.

Gate fee is $15/person (kids 5 and under, no cost). Parents will need to complete a quick waiver for each child under 18 at the gate.
NO CAMPING FEES.
RACE SITE DETAILS:
The race site elevation is approximately 5000'. This race site starts in an open area, then heads out into some great racing terrain. It will be a longer course, 12-16 miles of hills, two track, hills, and more... The mini course starts the same way and weaves in and out of the OHV area.
Access to the race site is from a maintained gravel road. Once at the race site, the camping/parking areas are generally hardpack and easy to traverse. Parking and camping are free. There are serval areas to watch some of the racing action.
The town of Grand Junction is about 10-15 minutes from the race site.
There are several convince and local food stores. There are a couple of choices for sleeping accommodations. Fuel is available in town also. Please show them some love and support.
Dumpster will be on site.
Portable toilets will be on site.
A food truck will be on site.
