PRE-REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN UNTIL 11 PM MST ON THE TUESDAY BEFORE RACE WEEKEND. Save yourself some money and time in line at the race site, by preregistering. $10 extra to sign up on site. Online Pre-Registration will open approximately 30 days prior to race weekend and remains open until the Tuesday of race week. After that point, you can still sign up on site, but it will be $10 more.
Check in for pre-registration and on-site registration will be available at each event on Fri 6-8PM, Sat 7AM-6PM & Sun 7AM-10:30AM
Onsite sign-up CLOSES 30 MINUTES before your race.

If you do not reserve a bike number for the season, you will be able to use a temporary specific one that is available at the time you check in at the registration trailer.

Race Results for all races, will be posted approximately 1 hour after THE LAST RIDER FINISHES. Trophies will be handed out 30 minutes after results are posted if no protests.
RACE SITE RULES and INFORMATION
ABSOLUTLEY NO PIT BIKE RIDING...IF YOU DO, IT WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC DISCUALIFICATION...NO EXCEPTIONS.
You MUST adhere to these Rules. Not Following these rules MAY IMPACT our future ability to secure a permit in this area. Please help us keep WeBe Racing in good standing with the landowners and agencies that we coordinate with.

1. SPARK ARRESTORS are REQUIRED for all OHVs.
2. ABSORBENT MATS are REQUIRED when re-fueling.
3. NO PIT/PLAY RIDING. Bikes must be in FIRST GEAR IDLE while not on racecourse.
4. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED for anyone under 18 on all OHVs.
5. DOGS MUST BE ON LEASHES AT ALL TIMES, and please CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PETS.
6. NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED.
7. Absolutely NO GREY WATER DUMPING AT ANY TIME. No draining tanks while parked or leaving.
8. All Riders UNDER 18 MUST BE SUPERVISED by an ADULT when riding or practicing and may NOT transport any passengers in any type of OHV.
9. In the ACTIVE PIT STOP AREA, no pets, young children, or alcohol allowed. Fire extinguishers must be present.
10. All ALCOHOL MUST BE CONSUMED IN YOUR CAMP AREA ONLY. No Alcohol can be carried around race areas.
11. PACK OUT ALL YOUR TRASH. Do NOT leave trash for us to pick up. Utilize the dumpster.
Please bring your HELMET with you to register!
Wrist bands MUST be worn by everyone at all times.

Gate fee is $15/person (kids under 10 free). Parents will need to complete a quick waiver for each child under 18 at the gate. No camping Fees.
RACE SITE DETAILS
The race site elevation is approximately 6600'. This is a brand-new race site that has some great possibilities for future race development with the town of Las Vegas. The course will be 5.2-6.2 miles. It will consist of rocky areas, tree riding and a few small sections of transfer roads. Possible rock Pro line and two other splits or options. Extra heavy-duty tubes or inserts, skid plates, and hand guards are advised.
The town of Las Vegas is within 5-10 minutes of the race site. There are many options for dinning. There is a wide variety of choices for sleeping accommodations. A town with lots of history, it has attractions and sites to see.
Dumpster will be on site.
Portable toilets will be on site.
A food truck/s will be on site.
