PRE-REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN UNTIL 11 PM MST ON THE TUESDAY BEFORE RACE WEEKEND.  Save money and time at the race site by pre-registering.  $10 extra to sign up on site.  Online pre-registration will open approximately 30 days prior to race weekend and remains open until the Tuesday of race week. After that point, you can still sign up on site, but it will be $10 more.

Check in for pre-registration and on-site registration will be available at each event on Fri 6-8PM, Sat 7AM-6PM & Sun 7AM-10:30AM

Onsite sign-up CLOSES 30 MINUTES before your race. 

Please sign-up and check in ON TIME.
Please bring your helmet to sign-up/check in.

If you do not reserve a bike number for the season, you will be able to use a temporary specific one that is available at the time you check in at the registration trailer.

     Race   1:  50cc 3-6 years & STACYC 2-6 years

     Race   2:  Women's Beginner Big Bike & Mini Bike

     Race   3:  65cc 10-11 years & 7-9 years

     Race   4:  50cc 7-10 years

     Race   5:  85cc 12-16 years & 7-11 years

     Race   6:  50cc OPEN

     Race   7:  65cc OPEN

     Race   8:  85cc OPEN (30 min, Dead Engine Start)

1:30PM – 2:00PM: $10 FULL COURSE SIGHT LAP

TEAM RACE SIGN UP CLOSES AT 2:30PM

3:00PM- 5:00PM: TEAM RACES

Mini awards presentation at the registration trailer, after team races.

After mini awards we will have a dirt bike skills challenge (weather permitting).  Watch social media and check back on our website for more details.

SUNDAY:   June 21st Hare Scramble/First Round Tri- State Championship

7:00AM - 10:30AM: SIGN UP / CHECK IN

7:30AM: PRAYER MEETING

7:45AM: MANDATORY RIDERS MEETING

C-RACE SIGN-UP CLOSES AT 8AM

8:25AM - OPENING CEREMONIES

8:30AM: C/60+/Women's/Iron Mini RACE (1 hr. 15 min Race)

Pro/A/B SIGN-UP CLOSES AT 10:30AM

11:00AM: Pro/A/B RACE (2 hrs.)

Race Results for all races, will be posted approximately 1 hour after THE LAST RIDER FINISHES.  Trophies will be handed out 30 minutes after results are posted if no protests.

RACE SITE RULES and INFORMATION 

ABSOLUTLEY NO PIT BIKE RIDING...IF YOU DO, IT WILL BE AN AUTOMATIC DISCUALIFICATION...NO EXCEPTIONS.

You MUST adhere to these Rules. Not Following these rules MAY IMPACT our future ability to secure a permit in this area.  Please help us keep WeBe Racing in good standing with the landowners and agencies that we coordinate with.

The BLM WILL be ticketing participants and individuals for not following the rules below:

1. Bikes must be in FIRST GEAR IDLE while not on racecourse. NO PLAY/PIT RIDING.

2. NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED.  Check back closer to race date for updated information.

3. DOGS MUST BE ON LEASHES AT ALL TIMES, and please clean up after your pet.  Pets are not allowed in the pit area.

4. Absolutely NO GREY WATER DUMPING AT ANY TIME. No draining tanks while parked or leaving. 

5. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED for anyone under 18 on all OHVs. NO RIDING WITH PASSENGERS.

6. All Riders UNDER 18 MUST BE SUPERVISED by an ADULT when riding or practicing and may NOT transport any passengers in any type of OHV.

7. In the ACTIVE PIT STOP AREA, no PETS, young children or ALCOHOL allowed.

8. PACK OUT ALL YOUR TRASH. Do NOT leave your trash for us to pick up and do NOT drop your full bags off at Sign Up. We do not have the space or time to gather and remove your personal trash.  IF YOU PACK IT IN, YOU PACK IT OUT.

Wrist bands MUST be worn by everyone at all times.

Gate fee is $15/person (kids 5 and under, no cost).  Parents will need to complete a quick waiver for each child under 18 at the gate.  

NO CAMPING FEES.
